Ältere Patienten sind eine Hauptrisikogruppe für Urolithiasis. Hinsichtlich der endourologischen Intervention gib es bei dieser Patientengruppe jedoch Eigenheiten zu beachten, wie eine Literaturrecherche zur aktuellen Datenlage zeigt.
