Assoziation der verschiedenen Uveitisformen mit entzündlich rheumatischen Erkrankungen und ihre Therapie

Zusammenfassung

Die Ätiologie der Uveitiden variiert weltweit sehr stark, wobei die nichtinfektiösen Ursachen in den Industrienationen im Vergleich häufiger vorkommen. Prozentual ergibt sich ein Anteil von Systemerkrankungen bei Uveitiden in Deutschland von ca. 44 %. In der Rheumatologie wird man v. a. bei den Spondyloarthritiden und den Vaskulitiden sowie der Sarkoidose mit einer Uveitis bzw. einer anderweitigen Augenbeteiligung (wie z. B. Skleritis oder retinale Vaskulitis) konfrontiert, umgekehrt haben die Ophthalmologen häufig an die Rheumatologen die Frage nach zugrunde liegenden entzündlich rheumatischen Erkrankungen bei Patienten mit einer Uveitis. Hierbei ist es v. a. wichtig, zwischen den verschiedenen Uveitisformen zu unterscheiden. Diese Übersichtsarbeit stellt die Assoziationen mit entzündlich rheumatischen Erkrankungen und die Therapieoptionen sowohl aus der Sicht von Ophthalmologen als auch von Rheumatologen dar.
