Wir berichten über eine 59-jährige Patientin mit einer bekannten ethyltoxischen Leberzirrhose (Child B). Grund der Notfallvorstellung via Rettungsdienst war eine obere gastrointestinale Blutung mit Hämatinerbrechen und Teerstuhl. Eine portale Hypertension als Folge der Lebererkrankung war bekannt. In der Vorgeschichte hatte die Patientin bereits 1‑malig ein variköses Blutungsereignis bei Fundusvarizenblutung mit erfolgter Histoacryl®(B. Braun Melsungen GmbH & Co. KG, Tuttlingen, Deutschland)-Injektion erlitten. …
