13. Vaskuläre Anomalien

Zusammenfassung

Bei den vaskulären Anomalien muss zwischen echten Neoplasien einerseits (z. B. Hämangiomen) und Gefäßmalformationen andererseits unterschieden werden, denn beide nosologischen Gruppen haben andere Behandlungsregime. Die Klassifikation der Gefäßmalformationen orientiert sich an den anatomischen Strukturen (kapillär, lymphatisch, venös) und ihrer Hämodynamik, die nur mit radiologischen Methoden (Doppler-Sonografie, dynamischer MRT, CT-Phlebografie, DSA) präzisiert werden kann.
