Zusammenfassung

Ein hämodynamisches Monitoring gehört zum Standard in der Intensiv- und Notfallmedizin bei Patienten im Schock. Sowohl die klinische Untersuchung wie auch nichtinvasive Verfahren können hierzu genutzt werden. Insbesondere bei der Volumentherapie und dem kardiogenen Schock ist eine bettseitige Ultraschalluntersuchung bereits in den Leitlinien implementiert. Zur Differenzierung der Ursache und zur Steuerung der Therapie ist ein Monitoring unerlässlich. Die vorliegende Übersichtsarbeit zeigt die Möglichkeiten der Integration von klinischen und sonographischen Untersuchungstechniken auf und vergleicht diese mit invasiven Monitoringverfahren.
