Zusammenfassung

Das Vulvakarzinom ist als vierthäufigstes weibliches Genitalmalignom eher selten. Daher sind Studien zu den verschiedenen Fragestellungen meist rein retrospektiv an relativ kleinen Fallzahlen durchgeführt worden und damit die Evidenzlevel der therapeutischen Empfehlungen gering. Andererseits sind die therapeutischen Algorithmen im besonderen Maße für seltene Fragestellungen nur gering vertraut.
