Zusammenfassung

Supplemente haben im Anti-Aging-Bereich von Beginn an eine große Rolle gespielt. Im Vordergrund standen dabei lange Zeit antioxidative Wirkstoffe. Inzwischen ist unser Bild des biologischen Alterungsprozesses jedoch sehr viel differenzierter geworden. Entsprechend vielfältiger sind heute auch die Möglichkeiten einer Supplementierung.
