Zusammenfassung

Bei Patienten, die sich in chemotherapeutischer Behandlung befinden, muss sowohl mit oberflächlichen als auch mit disseminierten tiefen Candidosen gerechnet werden. Dabei sind je nach Manifestation und Ausprägung gezielte Maßnahmen gefordert. Vor allem bei immunsupprimierten Patienten ist eine systemische antimykotische Behandlung unumgänglich.
