Zusammenfassung

In diesem CME-Beitrag werden die verschiedenen nicht-invasiven bildgebenden Methoden unter Ausklammerung der Positronenemissionstomographie (PET) zur Ischämie- und auch Vitalitätsdiagnostik beschrieben. Neben der Beurteilung der funktionellen Relevanz einer Stenose durch Stressmethoden wie der Stressechokardiographie, der Myokardszintigraphie oder der Stressmagnetresonanztomographie bietet insbesondere die Multislice-Computertomographie die Möglichkeit der nicht-invasiven Darstellung der Koronarien mit eventuellen Stenosen. Die neuere Hybridbildgebung kann die Koronaranatomie mit einer möglichen gleichzeitigen Ischämie simultan darstellen. Die Vor- und Nachteile der einzelnen Verfahren für die Ischämie- und Vitalitätsdiagnostik werden dargestellt.
