Reversible cerebral vasoconstriction syndrome (RCVS) is a vasculopathy characterized by transient narrowing of cerebral vessels initially described in 1988 [
1]. Presenting symptoms include thunderclap headaches, with published case series describing associated nonaneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage [
