Zusammenfassung

Hintergrund

Genitale Aplasien gehen mit erheblichen Einschränkungen der Lebensqualität einher. International besteht kein Konsens über die optimale Therapie.

Ziel der Arbeit

Darstellung und Bewertung der unterschiedlichen Therapieoptionen am Beispiel der Vaginal- und Zervixaplasie.

Material und Methode

Auswertung einer aktuellen Literaturrecherche unter Berücksichtigung eigener Erfahrungen.

Ergebnisse

Unserer Meinung nach kann die laparoskopisch assistierte Anlage einer Neovagina als operative Therapie der ersten Wahl angesehen werden, für die Zervixaplasie gibt es keinen entsprechenden Konsens.

Diskussion

Studien mit höheren Fallzahlen und standardisierter Nachbeobachtung sowie mehr randomisierte, kontrollierte Studien wären wünschenswert.
