Zusammenfassung

Gelenk- und Wirbelsäulenbeschwerden gehören zu den häufigsten Symptomen, über die Patienten in der täglichen Praxis berichten. Dank der zunehmenden Aufmerksamkeit für die Relevanz von rheumatologischen Krankheitsbildern im klinischen Alltag gelingt es heutzutage, Patienten mit solchen Erkrankungen wesentlich früher durch Spezialisten mit rheumatologischer Fachexpertise (mit-)betreuen zu lassen als es noch vor wenigen Jahren der Fall war.
