Zusammenfassung

Chronische mechanische Sprunggelenkinstabilitäten gelten als Präarthrose und erfordern meist eine operative Therapie. Als Standardverfahren zur anatomischen Rekonstruktion des lateralen Bandapparats hat sich der Transfer und die Fixation des Retinaculum extensor inferius an die distale Fibula nach Broström-Gould etabliert. Durch die Verwendung eines additiven SutureTapes kann die Rekonstruktion augmentiert werden. Im vorliegenden Beitrag wird die Operationstechnik dargestellt, und die Ergebnisse aus der Literatur werden diskutiert.
