Maligne Lymphome der Schilddrüse

Zusammenfassung

Das primäre maligne Lymphom der Schilddrüse ist außerordentlich selten. In der Literatur wird eine Inzidenz von 0,3–1,8% [2–4] aller malignen Schilddrüsen-tumore angegeben; in unserem Krankengut beträgt diese 3,3%. Auf die Lymphome allgemein bezogen gehört die Schilddrüse als primäre Lokalisation mit 0,3–2,5% [5–7] ebenso zu den seltenen Ursprungsorten. Klinisch imponiert ein rasches Wachstum (in unserem Krankengut zwischen 4 Wochen und 3 Monaten), Dyspnoe, Dysphagie und ein frühzeitiger Einbruch in die Nachbarorgane. Bei der Diagnosestellung liegt bereits in 60–70% eine Infiltration in die Halsweichteile und in 25% ein Gefäßeinbruch vor [10–12].
