Operationsprinzip
Wiederherstellung der Funktionen eines fibrös versteiften Ellenbogengelenkes durch Beseitigung der Weichteilhindernisse: Arthrolyse im engeren Sinne.
Als zusätzliche Maßnahmen können erforderlich werden: Glättung von Knochenvorsprüngen, Entfernung von Knocheneinlagerungen in Gelenkkapsel oder Seitenbändern, Entfernung abgesprengter Fragmente, Resektion eines deformierten Radiusköpfchens sowie modellierende Zurichtungen an Teilen der Gelenkflächen, am Processus coronoideus, der Fossa coronoidea, Fossa olecrani oder/und der Incisura trochlearis. In diesen Fällen handelt es sich um eine “erweiterte Arthrolyse” [2, 14].
