Arthroskopische laterale OSG-Stabilisierung in modifizierter Broström-Gould-Technik

Zusammenfassung

Die Stabilisierung nach Broström-Gould ist ein etabliertes Verfahren zur anatomischen ligamentären Rekonstruktion am lateralen oberen Sprunggelenk (OSG). Im folgenden Beitrag werden die arthroskopische Technik und die ersten Ergebnisse dieser Operationsmethode dargestellt. Vom August 2009 bis Februar 2011 wurden 17 Patienten (6 Männer, 11 Frauen) mit einer isolierten chronischen lateralen OSG-Instabilität ohne weitere Begleitpathologien mit dem arthroskopischen Broström-Gould-Verfahren behandelt. Der Nachuntersuchungszeitraum betrug 12,5 (6–25 Monate). Der American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society (AOFAS) Ankle Hindfoot Score betrug postoperativ durchschnittlich 92,6 (61–100 Punkte), der Karlsson-Score durchschnittlich 86,2 (42–100 Punkte). Bei einer Patientin konnte kein stabiles Ausheilungsergebnis erzielt werden (5,8%). Die übrigen 16 Patienten (94,2%) waren mit dem postoperativen Ergebnis sehr zufrieden und würden den Eingriff noch einmal durchführen lassen. Postoperative Komplikationen traten nicht auf.
