Zusammenfassung

Ausgehend von einer diagnostischen Klassifi kation und Diff erenzierung somatoformer Störungen und der Beschreibung eines empirisch gestützten Ätiopathogenesekonzepts, beschreibt das Kapitel eine manualisierte psychodynamisch-interaktionelle Gruppentherapie für Patienten mit somatoformen Störungen.

Sportliche Betätigung hilft nicht nur bei Depression, sondern auch in Gruppen von Patientinnen und Patienten mit unterschiedlichen psychischen Erkrankungen, wie Insomnie, Panikattacken, Agoraphobie und posttraumatischem Belastungssyndrom. Sie alle profitieren längerfristig.
