Zusammenfassung

Etwa jeder 5. Patient, der an einer Psoriasis der Haut leidet, entwickelt auch Symptome einer chronisch entzündlichen Gelenkserkrankung, die zu der Gruppe der Spondylarthritiden gerechnet wird. Diese sogenannten Psoriasisarthritis (PsA) kann sich unter verschiedenen klinischen Bildern manifestieren, die von mono- über oligoarthritische Verläufe bis hin zur Polyarthritis mit oder ohne Achsenskelettbeteiligung reichen. Auch extra-artikuläre Beteiligungen sind möglich. Die verschiedenen klinischen Erscheinungsformen und das Spektrum der diagnostischen Möglichkeiten werden in diesem Beitrag vorgestellt. Die aktuellen therapeutischen Optionen sind Thema der kommenden Ausgabe (ebenfalls als CME-Beitrag).
