Zusammenfassung

In diesem Kapitel sollen die Prinzipien der hämatopoetischen Stammzelltransplantation als lebenserhaltende Maßnahme für zahlreiche hämatologische und onkologische Erkrankungen dargestellt werden. In den krankheitsspezifischen Kapiteln wird dann für die jeweiligen Erkrankungen eine kritische Bewertung der Transplantation im Kontext alternativer Therapieoptionen bzw. des Gesamtbehandlungskonzepts vorgenommen.
