Abstract
Skeletal dysplasias are a heterogeneous group of genetic disorders that affect growth, development and maintenance of bone and cartilage. The incidence is estimated to be around 2–5/10,000 live births.
Relevance to orthopaedic manifestations are discussed in this chapter.
