Abstract
Developmental dysplasia of the hip (DDH) represents a spectrum of disorders, which can affect the acetabulum and proximal femur. These can range from a subtle uncovering of the femoral head within the acetabulum, to a complete dislocation of the hip, with degrees of instability between the two extremes.
