Zusammenfassung
Ein 52-jähriger Patient mit schwerem Schädel-Hirn-Trauma hat nach bislang unkompliziertem Verlauf am 6. Tag eine plötzliche Oxygenierungsstörung (unter FiO2 von 0,4 Abfall der psO2 von 98% auf 89%). Die Auskultation der Lunge ergibt rechts ein abgeschwächtes Atemgeräusch, das anschließend angefertigte Thoraxröntgenbild zeigt ebenfalls rechts eine »weiße« Lunge. Der Intensivarzt entschließt sich zur sofortigen Bronchoskopie.
