Die Tumeszenz-Lokalanästhesie (TLA) stellt eine spezielle Form der Infiltrationsanästhesie mit subkutaner Injektion hoher Volumina einer verdünnten Lokalanästhetikum- und Adrenalin-haltigen isotonen Kochsalzlösung dar.
