Zusammenfassung
Trotz der neuen Untersuchungsmethoden mittels moderner Apparate und Labormethoden haben die Anamnese und die klinische Untersuchung nichts von ihrer Wichtigkeit eingebüßt. Meist ersparen sie unnötige diagnostische Abklärungen und Kosten.
