Aneurysmen der deszendierenden thorakalen Aorta (DTAA) und thorakoabdominelle Aortenaneurysmen (TAAA)

Zusammenfassung

Die Leitlinien zur Behandlung thorakaler Aortenaneurysmen (TAA) orientieren sich bei der Indikationsstellung an dem Durchmesser des Aneurysmas, seiner Symptomatik und Wachstumsgeschwindigkeit. Grundsätzlich kommt für TAA sowohl die offene (OR) als auch die endovaskuläre (TEVAR) Versorgung in Frage, jedoch wird aufgrund geringerer perioperativer Morbidität und Letalität in der klinischen Praxis zumindest bei Aneurysmen, die sich auf die deszendierende thorakale Aorta beschränken, TEVAR bei Weitem der Vorzug gegeben.
