Zusammenfassung
Schlafstörungen führen zu einer Verstärkung von chronischen Schmerzen und umgedreht. In diesem Modul werden die Zusammenhänge und Ursachen von Schlafstörungen beschrieben. In der Psychoedukation wird der physiologische Teufelskreis der Schlafstörung und die Bedeutung der psychotherapeutischen Interventionen vorgestellt. Auch die medikamentöse Behandlung wird mit Vor- und Nachteilen thematisiert. Schlafanstoßende Übungen werden vorgestellt.
