Zusammenfassung

Die Bewegungsqualität mit spezifischer Bewegungskondition, die allgemeine Kondition mit antientzündlicher Bilanz und eine aerobe Kapazität zur optimalen Erholung stehen für gesundes Bewegungsverhalten und Schmerzprävention. Eine geminderte Bewegungsqualität begründet nachteilige Gelenk- und Bindegewebsbelastungen, und mit inadäquater Kraft und Ausdauer ist sie Quelle von Mikrotraumatisierungen. Langfristig wird die antinozizeptive Kapazität überschritten. Schmerzen schreiben dann Koordinationsstörungen mit biomechanischen Konsequenzen fort und verursachen geänderte kortikale Repräsentationen, die die Schmerzen widerspiegeln und dessen Rückbildung sie wieder mindert. Die Koordination allein oder als Teil eines Programms ist nicht effektiver als andere Trainingsformen. So sind viele Interventionskonzepte untereinander ohne Unterschied. Die Koordination ist ein wichtiges Element der Beanspruchungen. Bei Arthrose hat ein Neuromuscular-Exercise-Programm umfängliche positive Wirkungskomponenten.
