Zusammenfassung
Eine Fehlstellung der oberen Sprunggelenksebene zur Gesamtbeinachse führt zu einer biomechanisch-relevanten Fehlbelastung des ganzen Fußes. Mit einer posttraumatischen Früharthrose im oberen und hinteren unteren Sprunggelenk muß besonders bei Varus-/Valgusfehlstellung gerechnet werden. Anschlußarthrosen im Chopart-/Lisfranc-Gelenk sind bei kompensatorischer Hyperpronation-/ supination des Vorfußes ebenfalls möglich. Supramalleolare Ante-/Rekurvationsfehlstellungen mit konsekutivem Spitz- oder Hackenfuß sind prae-arthrotische Deformitäten. Auch Drehfehler des supramalleolären Unterschenkels können zwangsläufig zum Pes valgo planus (vermehrte Innenrotation) oder zum Pes cavus (vermehrte Außenrotation) führen. Deshalb müssen bei supramalleolaren Korrekturen alle 3 Ebenen überprüft und ggf. korrigiert werden.
