Zusammenfassung
Im weiten Spektrum chronisch entzündlicher Erkrankungen haben sich naturheilkundliche Ansätze mit Ernährung und Fasten überwiegend der chronischen Polyarthritis und ihr nahe stehenden Erkrankungsformen wie der Psoriasisarthritis gewidmet, weniger z. B. den Kollagenosen. Ältere und neuere Ansätze sowie die Praxis der Betroffenen weisen der Ernährung – je nach Schule ergänzt bzw. angeführt durch die Fastentherapie – einen hohen Stellenwert in der Entzündungskontrolle zu.
