Zusammenfassung

Bei der Beurteilung von Aussagen können sich verschiedene psychologische Fragen stellen:

  • Aussagetüchtigkeit : Es kann die Fähigkeit einer Person, zu einem bestimmten Sachverhalt überhaupt eine angemessene Aussage zu machen, in Frage stehen.

  • laubhaftigkeit der Aussage kann zur Debatte stehen, ob ein Erlebnis an sich oder in der behaupteten Form stattgefunden hat.

  • sagegenauigkeit d schließlich kann in Fällen, in denen das relevante Ereignis zweifelsfrei stattgefunden hat, die Genauigkeit der Aussage über das Geschehen fraglich sein.
