Abstract

Complementary and alternative Medicine or CAM, to use the official term created at a consensus conference of the NIH10, is very popular in Germany as well as in other European countries and in the US3,4,5. Moreover, in Germany popularity of CAM has a long history: as a matter of fact homeopathy and naturopathy have it’s origin here.
