Abstract
A new no-touch aqueous spray has been developed for the topical treatment of pruritus ani. It contains 0.2% hydrocortisone and 1.0% lignocaine hydrochloride, and has been shown in studies involving 83 patients to constitute a most convenient and clinically effective preparation for alleviating the symptoms of this distressing chronic condition.

Une nouvelle pulvérisation acqueuse a été developpée pour le traitement du prurit anal. Il contient 0,2% d'hydrocortisone et 1,0% de lignocaine hydrochloride, et a été vu dans une étude comprenant 83 patients, constituer la préparation la plus convenable et la plus effective cliniquement pour soulager les symptômes de cette condition chronique affligeante.
