Zusammenfassung

Es wird über die Erfahrung berichtet, die mit der transtemporalen, extralabyrinthären Chirurgie des inneren Gehörganges in 92 Fällen gewonnen wurde. Die Indikationen sowie die Resultate der einzelnen Eingriffe (Vestibularis-neurektomie, Exploration des inneren Gehörganges, Meato-Myo-Synangiose und totale Freilegung des Nervus facialis) werden besprochen.
