Laparoscopic excision of an umbilical urachus fistula

Summary.

We report on a 24-year-old female patient with a chronic secretion from an umbilical fistula. We describe the laparoscopic removal of the fistula using two 5-mm and two 10-mm ports.

Zusammenfassung.

Wir berichten über eine 24 jährige Patientin mit einer chronischen Sekretion aus einer jahrelang bekannten Nabelfistel. Das laparoskopisch-operative Vorgehen durch je zwei 5-mm- und zwei 10-mm-Trokare wird erläutert.
