Zusammenfassung
Die primäre Wundheilung nach Galen findet sich bei Wunden mit glatten Wundrändern, die chirurgisch durch exakte Adaptation der Hautschichten verschlossen wurden. Die Wunde ist sauber und nicht mit Keimen oder Fremdkörpern verunreinigt und heilt komplikationslos ab. Wundödem, Entzündung und Narbenheilung sind meistens nur schwach entwickelt.
