Zusammenfassung
Gemeinsames Merkmal der meisten alternativen Kostformen ist eine hohe Wertschätzung von möglichst „natürlichen“ Lebensmitteln aus regionaler Erzeugung und ohne Verwendung chemisch-synthetischer Hilfsmittel, z. B. Pestizide oder Hormone („ökologischer Anbau“). In der „biologisch-dynamischen“ Wirtschaftsweise der Anthroposophie werden zusätzlich irdisch-kosmische Wechselwirkungen berücksichtigt („Demeter“).
