Abstract

Tumors of the epididymis, both primary and secondary — whether benign or malignant — are rare phenomena. I myself have hitherto encountered only five benign tumors of the epididymis and discovered, in my predecessor’s records, a single malignant tumor, a leiomyosarcoma of the spermatic cord. How frequent or rare are extratesticular tumors really?
