Zusammenfassung

Elektroretinographische Untersuchungen der Zapfenfunktion mit unstrukturierten Helligkeitsreizen erfordern die Ausschaltung der retinalen Stäbchen durch ein nach Wellenlänge und Leuchtdichte ausgewähltes Adaptationslicht oder eine über der Flimmerfusionsgrenze der Stäbchen liegende Lichtreizfrequenz. Die dabei erhaltenen Potentiale sind leuchtdichte-abhängige Summenantworten größerer Netzhautbezirke, die über die Funktion der Netzhautmitte nur sehr eingeschränkt Aussagen zulassen.
