Zusammenfassung
Unter akutem äußerem Druck müssen alle Chancen genutzt werden, um für den lebensbedrohten Patienten eine optimale Versorgung sicherzustellen. Für zahlreiche Standardsituationen sind im Rahmen von Risikomanagement Prozesse definiert worden, die regelmäßig an evidenzbasierte Neuerungen angepasst und im Rahmen der Guideline-Revisionen aktualisiert werden müssen. Diese Prozesse sind im prähospitalen Bereich als „Standard Operating Procedures“, Algorithmen, Checklisten und Memocards abgebildet und in die internen Abläufe integriert. Sie erleichtern die Arbeit in Teams, reduzieren die Störanfälligkeit komplexer Systeme und erhöhen die stressbedingte Einschränkung kognitiver Funktionen.
