Zusammenfassung

Somatische Befunde sind meistens der Ausgangspunkt des Verdachtes auf eine körperliche Kindesmisshandlung. Bei der Diagnosefindung sind sie einer der beweiskräftigsten und im sozio-legalen System hoch bewerteten Parameter. Die fachgerechte und wissenschaftlich abgesicherte Befunderhebung, Interpretation, Diagnose und Differenzialdiagnose sind elementare Voraussetzungen, um aus einem körperlichen Befund die Diagnose einer Kindesmisshandlung abzuleiten. Diese Diagnose kann weitreichende Folgen haben, wie z. B. die Einbeziehung des Jugendamtes, familienrechtliche Eingriffe (einschließlich der Einschränkung der elterlichen Sorge oder andere Kindesschutzmaßnahmen) oder strafrechtliche Konsequenzen. Daher ist eine möglichst strukturierte und vollständige Form der Anamneseerhebung und Befunddokumentation erforderlich, wie sie im 7 Anhang und in dem Leitfaden der AG KiM und den DAKJ »Empfehlungen zu Kinderschutz an Kliniken« ausgearbeitet sind. Da die Krankenakte zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt Bestandteil eines Ermittlungsverfahrens werden kann, ist besondere Sorgfalt erforderlich.
