Zusammenfassung

Die Erforschung und Anwendung internetbasierter psychosozialer Interventionen haben in den letzten Jahren rapide zugenommen. Das neue Behandlungsformat bietet viele Chancen, weckt aber auch Skepsis und Bedenken. Kritische Fragen beziehen sich häufig auf die Therapiebeziehung: Welche Rolle spielt die therapeutische Beziehung in internetbasierten Interventionen? Kann auf Distanz überhaupt eine Beziehung aufgebaut werden? Und funktionieren diese Ansätze, wenn doch einer tragfähigen Therapiebeziehung in Psychotherapien ein wichtiger Stellenwert zukommt? In diesem Kapitel werden zunächst internetbasierte Behandlungsansätze vorgestellt, um anschließend vertiefter auf die therapeutische Beziehung in Online-Interventionen einzugehen.
