Tubular breast deformity: A new surgical approach

Summary

The tubular breast is a rare breast deformity. Its main features are described. Two cases are presented and our surgical approach is discussed. No implants are needed but a good aesthetic result has been obtained changing the relationship between the mammary gland and the surrounding tissues.
