Amiodarone therapy of intractable atrial flutter in a premature hydropic neonate

Summary

We report the case of a premature hydropic neonate with intractable atrial flutter, unresponsive to therapy in utero, who ultimately responded to therapy with multiple antiarrhythmic agents, including amiodarone and transvenous overdrive pacing.
