Der feinstrukturelle Aufbau der Granula basophiler Leukozyten des menschlichen Blutes

Zusammenfassung

• 1. Die basophilen Granula leuchten nach Supravitalfärbung mit Toluidinblau bei mikroskopischer Betrachtung zwischen gekreuzten Polars in einer gelbrötlichen bis roten anomalen Polarisationsfarbe auf, d. h. sie sind doppelbrechend.

• 2. In den Basophilen Granula lassen sich Polarisationskreuze nachweisen, deren Achsen verzerrt sind.

• 3. Bei Kompensation mit dem elliptischen Kompensator treten die für gerichtet angeordnete Toluidinblau-Teilchen typischen Farbveränderungen an den basophilen Granula auf. Diese zeigen, daß die Farbstoffteilchen mit ihrer längeren Achse senkrecht zu den Radien der Granula stehen.

• 4. An ungefärbten basophilen Granula läßt sich sehr schwache Doppelbrechung mit negativem Polarisationskreuz nachweisen.

• 5. Nach dem polarisationsoptischen Verhalten haben die basophilen Granula die Form eines Ellipsoids.

• 6. Die Feinstruktur der basophilen Granula besteht aus übereinanderliegenden ellipsoidförmigen Schalen.

Summary

• 1. After supravital staining with toluidine blue, the basophilic granules shine in a yellow-reddish to red anomalous polarization colour in the microscopic study between crossed polars, i. e. they are doubly refracting.

• 2. Polarization crosses with distorted axes are demonstrable in the basophilic granules.

• 3. In a compensation with the elliptic compensator, the changes in colour typical of the selectively arranged toluidine blue particles occur in the basophilic granules. They show that the longer axis of the stain particles is in a vertical position to the radii of the granules.

• 4. A very weak double refraction with a negative polarization cross can be demonstrated in unstained basophilic granules.

• 5. According to the polarization-optical behaviour, the basophilic granules are shaped ellipsoidically.

• 6. The fine structure of basophilic granules consists of superposed ellipsoidal coats.
