Summary

A failed attempted suicide by hanging is reported. The occurrence of subcutaneous emphysema of the neck and larynx shown by X-ray and laminography is discussed.

Es wird über den Befund nach einer mißglückten Strangulation (Erhängung) berichtet. Es konnte ein Emphysem der Halsweichteile und des Larynx durch Nativaufnahmen und Körperschichtuntersuchung nachgewiesen werden.
