Operationsprinzip

Rückverlagerung der Langfingerstrecksehne über das Metakarpalköpfchen und Wiederherstellung ihres ursprünglichen Verlaufs.

Dazu können verschiedene Verfahren angewandt werden:

  • • die Raffung des Strecksehnenhäubchens („Hood” der Anglosachsen), falls dessen Lockerung Ursache der Luxation ist.

  • • Rekonstruktion des Strecksehnenhäubchens mit Gewebe aus der Umgebung (Junctura tendinum oder Teile der Strecksehne) bei Durchtrennung.
