Stabilisierung des ersten Mittelhandknochens nach Trapeziumexstirpation durch Rekonstruktion oder Verstärkung der Bandverbindung zwischen den Basen der Mittelhandknochen I/II. Transossäre Verlagerung der Sehne des M. flexor carpi radialis, ausgehend von der Annahme, daß die Bandlockerung an der Basis der Metakarpalknochen I/II ein wichtiger Faktor für die Entstehung der Sattelgelenksarthrose ist (Abb. 1).
