Three-dimensional CT imaging of an isolated dissecting aneurysm of the superior mesenteric artery

Abstract.

A case of an isolated dissecting aneurysm of the superior mesenteric artey is presented with findings of three-dimensional CT imaging. False lumen, intimal flap, entry, and re-entry are clearly identified on threedimensional CT imaging.
