Zusammenfassung

Sexuelle Gewalt ist häufig und wirkt sich schädigend auf die sexuelle Gesundheit aus. Trotz zum Teil drastischer Folgen für das Wohlergehen der Betroffenen findet das Thema bisher kaum Eingang in die Psychotherapie. Der Beitrag gibt einen Überblick über typische sexuelle Störungsbilder von Frauen mit sexuellen Gewalterfahrungen und zeigt Handlungsbedarfe auf.

Abstract

Sexual problems of women who experienced sexual abuse
Sexual abuse is common and has a compromising effect on sexual health. Despite the debilitating consequences for the well-being of those affected, the topic has so far hardly found its way into psychotherapy. The article gives an overview of typical sexual disorders of women with experiences of sexual abuse and points out the need for action.
