Rios MY, Aguilar-Guadarrama AB, Navarro V: Two New Benzofurans from Eupatorium aschenbornianum and their Antimicrobial Activity. Planta Med 2003; 69: 967-970 In the compilation ”The Genera of the Eupatoriae” [1] the species Eupatorium aschenbornianum Schauer was renamed to Ageratina bustamenta (DC) King and Robinson, and in 1990 the species was transferred to Ageratina pichinensis (HBK) Robinson var. bustamenta (DC) King and Robinson [2], for this reason the correct name for this paper should correspond to ”Two New Benzofurans from Ageratina pichinensis var. bustamenta and their Antimicrobial Activity”.
